I've done Tesco - slightly over budget at £74, but I have bought more "meal" stuff than I expected, so it should last for about 10 days or so, which is fine.

not too bad just being £4 over ...its saturday today isnt it ...i thought it was sunday so i tried to do double scratchies and puzzled why i coouldnt...having a week off with the hubby has confuzzled my days up0

Sorry SH, I very nearly abused you ... pressed wrong button . The family on the programme this week spent £50 per week on .........puddings:eek::eek::eek:.
I wish they would get some real people on who have only got £50 to last them 3 weeks:rotfl:.

The next family the are featuring already make my blood boil - they currently throw away about £7k worth of food - that is my annual income for flips sake!
Okay these families have never had to budget before and so they are having to learn what we all learnt a while back but throwing away a third of your food and almost seeming proud of it :mad:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
