Will you axe the evil interest loan next, or can't you bear to have to wait without overpaying anything while you save to repay the lot?

MFiT stands for Mortgage Free in Three (years) - Its a challenge / support thread on the Mortgage Free Wanabee board. Several have managed to pay off their mortgage and others have paid off a whole spectrum from a small amount to 1000s upon 1000s. The 1st MFiT started April 07 and there is another challenge (part 2) starting in December 09 which is the one Hypno is talking about...Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

MFiT stands for Mortgage Free in Three Years - the one Hypno is joining is MFiT -T2 being the take two version as the original MFiT is nearly finished you don't have to pay off your whole mortgage though but you have to set yourself a three year challenge Hypno and I have both set a challenge to pay off 75K in three years but knowing Hypno she will romp home and clear far more than that it starts on the 12.12.09 and there is a thread for people to sign up to in advance if anyone is interested on the Mortgage Free Wannabee Board.

I have the !!!!!! mag in front of me.......
...so I have spent more of my £20.
Very dull !!!!!! this week. !!!!!! was the front cover house like?! Have they run out on inspirational houses so plonk on a dull bungalow! But no spending of my 20 :TAnyway, as a result, £300 has gone off the egg loan, making the balance of that loan just £384.30......so with the next student payment of £195 and the 1st September "normal" payment to the loan, that one will be gone in a couple of weeks :Tstressed.mum wrote: »http://search.knightfrank.com/edn080052
Just need to find the money!!!
 how beautiful. I had funny moment this morning when checking mail. Letter from premium bonds, pulled out bit of paper with congrats you've won. For a brief few seconds until I turned cheque over when I was dreaming of a million and a gorgeous new house. But crashed to earth with £25 win better than nothing though :rotfl:Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

I won £25 on premuim bonds today as well. I think they deliberately fold it over so you think it may be a bigger amount. Hey ho, will keep dreaming.

Wow, that castle is amazing! Such a shame it's only got 17 bedrooms though, I'm really looking for an 18 bedroom place to house all of DD's toys, games, books, my miscellaneous carp :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0
