I didn't go for a Boyzillian (the london way of calling the back sack and crack) but my back was bleeding and I couldn't sleep all night because every time I moved, a massive tingling sensation went all over my body!

OK I don't want to lower the tone of Hypno's diary but the sack wax... never understand how that can be anything but agony as if you don't hold skin taut it hurts more and how can you stretch the wrinkly bits out flat:rotfl:

Should be writing presentation for job interview on Wednesday but had to pop in contribute;)
If you thought eyebrow waxing was painful - try threading. Used alot by Asian ladies - they use twisted thread to pluck out hairs. It's a bit like torture but you have an excellent effect!
Really need to get mine done again but the lady I like to do it no longer works at the salon. Need to find someone again.
Well done on the ironing pile Hypno.

Eyebrows for me on Wednesday dont find it too bad.
OH has his back done sometimes which is Ok but once he had his front done he is quite hairy and the girl doing it asked me to come in and persuade him not to carry on because it was red raw

Well, at least you got it finished!
I've got some paperwork to do today - am waiting in for an ebay parcel to be collected by courier, so hoping to use the time to do my outstanding letters and forms.....
Which in turn would be a NSD as I can't go anyway....
Off to do scratches and banking - have a good day all!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
10p on the scratches.......a dooyoo review uploaded (60p to cashin!).....
Paypal money of £70 from ebay sales/lightspeed and p!ncone has been received in the bank as has £2.80 from Amazon, so all that has been transferred to the debt pot....:DSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Yummy, lots of money coming in today, is that another square coloured in, or do you colour them in when you actually pay it off to the relevant account?
Eyebrow threading is the best, much less painful for me than waxing, but it does depend on who does it - the worst for me was one of the 'chain' places where I think they were using rope rather than cotton! My eyes were red for days
Another day working on the sofa I think, I'm still feeling a bit pants and it's supposed to be sunny today....0 -
Another day at home sounds just what you need, kittikins!
I don't seem to have coloured any squares in for aaaages, so I may well colour them in today, and amend my signature accordingly.
There is about £500 in the debt pot, which is 5% of the way to paying of the barclayloan completely......or 30% of the outstanding Egg loan, so as yet I am unsure which to do.........getting rid of egg gets another loan gone completely, frees up almost £200 a month, and is achievable in a reasonably short space of time.....
But the barclayloan is always going to be a tougher target, and a much higher APR so perhaps I should crack on and work and save to clear that one.
