the old thread is now closed but has a link to this thread. Sorry it's taken a while - I keep meaning to do it and then someone demands attention (like feeding, nappy changing etc etc ) - hoping that once I adjust to motherhood I'll be back on the celebrations board on a more regular basis again (preferably before christmas!)
DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

I think some people just get attached to things don't they? I completely understand the reasons for the first split but I don't post half as much on either thread now, I felt like I could talk a lot of carp on the other one and nobody minded but the new ones are a lot more focused and not so much pointless chatter, at least that's how I saw it anyway.
But I still love the thrifty threads and i'm getting quite excited about christmas nowOnce upon a time I would have found that really sad but now I know, we're the smart ones
I've only just seen the July challenge, I watched Home Alone 2 yesterday while eating pear drops so does that count? My freezer is quite clean and frost free so I don't really need to do that. I'm going to get my file and dividers on Weds when we get some money:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies

Can I please say a HUGE thank you to the brilliant Jamtart and Mum2One for all their brilliant help and to everyone else for making this a fab thread :A:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0
