Oooooo! Christmas Radio Times! :j I get so excited when it comes out! Glad to know there are others like me!

Spoke to my two brothers and SIL at the weekend and we all agreed to have our Christmas family 'do' the first weekend in December. They are going to come to mine with our mum and dad and my MIL will probably come too. Very excited because I can get the decorations up by then! Mum makes the trifle and my brothers and I bring all the bits to make a good buffet. We tend to have it that early because it's difficult to get a day when we are all free!

Mum and Dad have always been very good at letting us spend Christmas day whereever we wanted to - they said as long as they saw us at some point over Christmas - we shouldn't feel pressured to come to theirs on Christmas day! I love them so much!! So now we stay in our own house, they come up on Christmas morning and have a cooked breakfast with us (my dad's highlight of the year) and then they go off and have a long walk somewhere - they love it because everywhere is so quiet! MIL usually comes round for Christmas dinner - it's all very relaxed and no rushing about or having to travel.

SIL also agreed not to buy me or OH any presents (she arrived with armfuls last year and we had nothing for them - felt very embarrassed!) I had actually bought some stuff for her this year but that can now be transferred to a nice hamper for MIL. So that is some money saved.:T

I'm doing one extra shift this month so it takes my wages to over £200, next month will be a hell of a lot better as i have 3 extra shifts so far and hopefully a few more on the way:D

Triggles - Thanks for the info on the mug set, perfect for OH

I've still got lots to do but that's ok i will do it after work tomorrow as i have college all day, whereas Thursday i'm free until the evening :D I won't bore you all with my list (that is getting longer by the minute)
