why not spray it thoroughly with fabreeze then let it air outside on the line. fabreeze is very good at getting rid of odours and putting it out on the line outside will take away the fabreeze smell! and you should be able to do both with the tags still on ;)

Great minds think alike was about to suggest Fabareze,+ the fresh air. xx

Rufus-Dog - those cushions are amazing, she'll love them

Sugar Spun - yep i'm as guilty for over buying, did start off the year with gd intentions, but theres so many bargains, am hoping, that should be able to get 3/4 of the birthday stuff out of overspill.

3_Cheky_Princess - diy - thatsa dirty work in our house, food - can manage that one, did 21 portions of sausage + tomato casserole yesterday, (ok I shouted the instructions, and mu + dad did the cooking, same for today, just made 50 mince pies. (yummy)

sarah - your organised, thou think it may be the charity shop for the videos, no-one wants to buy them, even at teh car boot last week, the stall next to me were selling them for 10p each...

Jane_liz - the organised thread rubbing off on you its very contagious.

Good luck to everyone with their organised Sunday plans, and the dooyoo writing, and the tidying up.

DD has gone to her friends, there having her for diiner, tea and taking her out for the afternoon, so I would love an afternoon, with my feet up, a glass of wine, but unfortunately, those wonderful Business books are calling - you need to study, you need to study....

Thanks for the comments everyone. Irishgirl I bought some iron on transfers off Ebay and ironed them onto a plain white piece of cotton then stitched it to the front of the cushion piece xx

    Hi everyone :hello:

fedup hugs for you hun. They are just not worth it. Me and my ex split up cos he wouldnt ask his exwife for a divorce and they had been seperated for over 3 years.... we were both then made redundant from our jobs and he decided suddenly to move back in with her. He took her off on a three week holiday to america and is now living with her in England. It turns out the whole time, they were not seperated.....merely living seperately cos of their respective jobs.

When he was made redundant he had no reason to be living apart and he went back to her as she earns much more than me!!!!! How is that for charming?!?!??!

DO not under any circumstances give him a present!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxx

    Mum2one - hope your wrist is ok.....cheeky puppy. x

Rufus - your cushions are fab!

    xx

Oh the best laid plans of mice and me...............
Desk is in a bigger mess than it was.........despite my good intentions I spend the afternoon making a flannel reindeer for sons girlfriend and a gift bag for the bracelet I bought for her at boot fair...............on the plus side, her two boxes (birthday and christmas) are now done :j (pats self on back)
Just have to re-arrange/re-fill my sons and he's done as well so they're ready for posting.

Not sure what to do about posting what with the strikes that they reckon are likely. Do I post megga early to try and make sure they arrive or do I take a chance and leave it till end of November ?

Tomorrow................will sort out desk and paperwork !!!!!!!!
