almost finished the mammoth task of clearing my cupboards out ready for ebay and boot sales. decided to do mum a luxury food hamper, she would love that. HOWEVER, as she does the food shopping, I never seem to see any of the good buys and bargains. So can I ask a massive favour please? Anything you see in the shops, or any offers on things you think might look good in a luxury food hamper can you either tell me on here or PM me? I will be eternally grateful, thank you!!

Thorntons are doing half price chocs from £10 to £5, and morrisons are doing good offers on luxury biscuits e.g. foxs luxury will be £7.99, currently £3.99. M & S doing their luxury biccies half price to £5 (Can you tell I'm a sweet tooth?)

mum2one thanks for the kind words the other day

well its certainly starting to feel like Christmas is coming, went into town and and all the shops seem to have a little bit of christmas stock. I've sorted mil's pot of gold today and filled 2 xmas cups with chocs and hot choc. FINALLY found magic elves in Netto!!!

Just thought I would let you all know that my local asda have just put out a lot of £5 dvds a few I noticed were Marley and Me, Ghost Town, How to make friends and alienate people and Bride Wars.

Really need to get my bum in gear with my xmas cards and the little bits of crafts I wanted to do as I seem to have lost the past few weeks.

ooh marley and me is very sob inducing but great film for dvd hamper!

im so excited to get the gifts out to sort through and wrap! i am still majorly disorganised for my liking though! got literally one thing for mum and dad and nothing else. gaaa

sorry:o poor doggy:rotfl: Its actually a bargain though because it has stilton in a ceramic jar which is only available in november and december. Jan-Oct you cannot get the ceramic jar, so I'd better snap it up next pay day!!:eek:
