Hi all,
Can't remember if it was mentioned on this thread or not, but you know the Beedle the Bard book tesco offer? Well I ordered one on the 24th, I had an email about a day later saying it was delayed due to them being out of stock and to expect it at the end of October. Then today I've just had another email saying they can't get stock so the order has been cancelled. Boooo.
Just thought I'd share incase anyone else tried the offer!

Not been about much, been really busy and every time I sit down and catch up I end up not posting for one reason or another. Hope everyone is ok, everyone seems to be getting really organised and with only
92 sleeps til Christmas.....
we haven't got long now, really starting to panic, don't think I will manage half of the things I want to do again craft wise. I want to do pots of gold for chirstmas dinner instead of cracker (thanks to whoever suggested that.... sorry my brain is dead) is there a poem to go with them?? if so could someone post it for me.....pretty pleaseI got some Worthers (sp) sweets in poundstreacher the other day to go in them and some Choc Coins, will get some Christmas Scratch cards when I see them and see what else I can find to put in them along the way.
Got a few bargins this week for the kids stockings, and picked a few more bits up for DS1's Dr Who Dress up box, need a few more bits yet desperately looking for a cheap dickie bow with no luck  and need a couple of bags of jelly babies then that will be complete. DS2's NCIS Kit is coming along still need a plain Navy blue base ball cap and a Jacket, oh and a tool box type thing to put it all in but no where seems to have them :D:D:D:D

Not long ago and far away, Santa was getting ready for his annual trip...but there were problems everywhere.
Four of his elves were sick, and the trainee elves did not produce the toys as fast as the regular ones so Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule.
Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her mom was coming to visit. This stressed Santa even more. When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out, heaven knows where. More Stress. Then when he began to load the sleigh, one of the boards cracked and the toy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys. So, frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of coffee and a shot of whiskey. When he went to the cupboard, he found the elves had hidden the liquor and there was nothing to drink. In his frustration, he dropped the coffee pot and it broke into hundreds of little pieces all over the he kitchen floor.
He went to get the broom and found that mice had eaten the straw it was made from.
Just then the doorbell rang and Santa cussed on his way to the door. He opened the door and there was a little angel with a great big Christmas tree.
The angel said: "Where would you like to put this tree Santa?" And that my friends, is how the little angel came to be on top of the Christmas tree.:o:D

Australian Jingle Bells
Dashing through the bush,
in a rusty Holden Ute,
Kicking up the dust,
esky in the boot,
Kelpie by my side,
singing Christmas songs,
It's Summer time and I am in
my singlet, shorts and thongs
Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,
Christmas in Australia on a scorching summers day, Hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut !,
Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.
Engine's getting hot;
we dodge the kangaroos,
The swaggie climbs aboard,
he is welcome too.
All the family's there,
sitting by the pool,
Christmas Day the Aussie way,
by the barbecue.
Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,
Christmas in Australia on a scorching summers day, Hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut!,
Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.
Come the afternoon,
Grandpa has a doze,
The kids and Uncle Bruce,
are swimming in their clothes.
The time comes 'round to go,
we take the family snap,
Pack the car and all shoot through,
before the washing up. Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,
Christmas in Australia on a scorching summers day, Hey!
Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut!,
Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute:D:D:D:D
