I know I have previuosly, raved about halfcost, but the latest parcel I have recieved is appalling, have emailed customer services and am waiting...

Ordered a mix + match parcel, including 12 vodka sets, parcel came today, very exicted.

    The address label was correct.
The invoice correct - was miffed to see sticker saying vodka out of stock, fair enough, its happened before and theyve refunded.

    The actual parcel contained-
4 x boxes dolphin wall plaques, as soon as I lifted the boxes, they all rattled, smashed to pieces

    2 x princess compact mirrors

    1 x size 8 pink top.

None of these items were on my order.....

OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING VERY DODGY HAS GONE ON,

Its the 1st incident I've had, but enough to cause concern.

I recieved my parcel yesterday with only 4 of the 9 items I had ordered and nothing to say another parcel would be following :mad::mad:

Have you emailed customer servcies, I did but it says they will get back to you with 48hrs.

I know they deliever / prepare a lot of orders, but now its happened to someone else, makes me wonder.

Hope you get it sorted out ok.

xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • I will have to see if I can find/get a picture of our winter visitor Merry. Have already been snooping for a new one for this year to come visit. I'm thinking something white this year although I'd love to make him a sock monkey from some festive socks - thinking with a long tail he could get into plenty of mischief.

Still liking the little door idea but I don't know if that's exciting enough for Ben - think he'd prefer to have a toy he could play with and I'm sure i could make a few festive little bits for a sock monkey too.
    Time to find me again
  • Just to get you thinking.....

If you won the Lottery and had unlimited funds would you still be Thrifty Gifty??? Would you still shop in the £1 shop?? Would you still start your Christmas shopping in the January Sales???

    Answers on a postcard LOL.......;)
    :D:D:D:D:D
