Write and give wedding card and wrap and give wedding present
Declutter and Clean shelf in bathroom (this is going to be bad!)
Tidy sofa and keep it tidy all week
Do Tim’s accounts twice this week for an hour each time
Stick number plate back on to car
    Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen!
    Level One
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop the floor

    Level Three
Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
    Thoroughly clean the hob

I’ve also taken the rubbish out, cleaned the car number plate, sorted out who the dd went to (it’s ok, I just misread the name), edited my signature, started tidying the sofa, started the WM, and put away washing up and dry washing

Quite happy with that little lot, it was quite a productive HHC!

YIKES just had a MASSIVE clap of thunder, has been rumbling all morning. As a kid I was really scared of thunder and lightning, am not keen now when it's so close. I remember one time it was so close, loud and intense that I hid in bed under the covers and rang DH who was at work 'just talk to me and tell me it's all ok' bless him he didn't laugh. Fortunately the kids slept through it all :rotfl:

HHC results 3 handbags emptied and stuff put away, receipts entered on money. Plastic ready to go by the front door. Bags for life put away in the car, folding chairs and cool box bag in garage. Tent and sleeping mats stowed in W's wardrobe, cloak room S&S, dirty washing all gathered and put by machine. The hall is almost sorted, how did you get on rose?

Drains playing up again so have spent most of the morning on the phone and running up and down the stairs flushing luminous green dye down the loo for the engineer to track - step count 3321.

He says no blockage must be a problem in our garden bit (like we had before) smell is horrid when it rains - OH will not be happy if we have to rod/dig it up again but looks like that is the only way.

Going to have lunch now and then wash the muddy foot prints from said engineer off the kitchen floor.

    Hey Mrs GG,

Glad you asked that question, I can't seem to get my filters out of the extractor hood! Cleaned entire kitchen last week (deep-clean) and this was the only thing couldn't do!

Also, can't remember who said about the newspapers on top of the units - brilliant idea! They get so greasy, hope this helps!

Inside my cooker hood there are drop down flaps, but no removable filters, just these flaps - are these the filters? I sounds so stoooopid..........

What's the trick with the newspapers? Pray tell?

Have already spent nearly an hour and a bit on the kitchen but WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Will update my list later.....

I have had a cracking start to the day with 3 loads of washing done and now out drying - it's a windy but sunny day so I thought I'd do all of the bedding and get ahead for when those rooms come around later in the week.

I've done most of the kitchen list and will plough on later and hopefully earn my first ever star.

Plus I've done one of my new weekly challenges - the oven is clean (this has taken a bit of effort over the last fortnight) and the liner is in the bottom. So hopefully the task will never be quite as horrendous ever again.

Off out to walk the dog now and offload a boot full of recycling / books to charity shop.

I went to a family BBQ yesterday and was quite fed up of all the digs I receive for living in a less (slight understatement) than perfect house. Enough is enough. By the way you guys rock :-)

Hugs to those that need them!!
