Ive also decided Im going to invest in some new bedroom furniture, after the school holidays. I dont have any wardrobes in my room and am trying to live out of drawers and the only storage there is in the upstairs of my house is the airing cupboard. So I think if I acutally have some storage for my things which arent clutter - it would be half of the battle!

Jo what about asking on freecycle for wardrobes for now? Mt friend is going to get rid of hers on there (bit too far from you which is a shame) You might even get some that you like enough not to have to invest in new ones later.

I forgot to report back after my first HHC! So combination of both HHC's I have loaded and set DW and WM going, started to reclaim the hall from the pile of camping gear chucked there last night! Sorted online banking and started looking for new account, chatted to a friend that called , washed a load of plastic ready to go when Miss A goes to cubs later.

Doesn't sound much but I don't seem to have stopped. Shall get the rest of the hall cleared and then break for lunch. Will call another friend if convenient ;)

ETA: Will join you rose on HHC

    Afternoon all

Yesterday was lovely, the wedding went so well, my SIL was just stunning. DD who was a bridesmaid did a reading and was fab. Everone enjoyed the cake ;) However, the day was spoiled by my @rsehole BIL (sister's husband). He decided to call my BF 'an English !!!!!!'. For no reason. Not banter, just nastiness. Mr 'I love Scotland so much I live on the other side of the world'. He manages to upset someone each time they come back for a visit. If it wasnt for my nieces and nephew I'd cheerfully tell him to f e c k right off. I need to say something though...and last night at the wedding wasnt the time or place. However, they've headed up to his parents early his morning....coward.

Sigh...time for a coffee and then a HHC. I'll also give some thought into my 5 items for the week. GReat idea ;)
