Helo Pixie,
I read through a lot of your diary and really enjoyed it. Just stick in there - you are on the right path, and very good luck with no3. I had 3 children before I was 25 and everybody thought I was a single parent and having more children to get a council house. I felt like hanging a placard round my neck with my mortgage statement attached to it. Nothing like stereotyping!

SquirrelPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
HEHE Squirrel I know that feeling well. Between none of my regular clothes fit now so I am living in a pair of maternity jean, a long denim skirt, 2 pair of leggings and various long top/dress things I do not feel like I am 'ME'. I must look a right state. Normally its trousers, heels and a shirt for me but SPD meand I need totally flat shoes. I blame the hubby, he isn't quite ready to let his student days go and still looks like a scruffy git so us all together must look a delightful sight.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

- Get over to oldstyle and join the grocery challenges
- Start baking more again, cheaper than buying junk food
- Get spends in order
- Transfer a lump to savings/mortgage on pay day, if we don't have the cash we can't spend it
- Get some bits on ebay over the weekend at 99p starts
- clicks and daily surveys, maybe worth a little extra
- ditto for surveys, vouchers to reduce gift costs
- matched betting, just do it.
- [STRIKE]Set a monthly savings goal/challenge[/STRIKE]
- get what we need for baby as cheap as possible, same for DD2 winter clothes and DD1 + DD2 winter boots.
- Remember to shift money around our reward accounts for the £5 a month 'reward'
- Consider moving current account from santander if a financial incentive is offered.
i've pulled this forward so as to keep track of progressMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -
