I have never stayed up wrapping on Christmas eve, I get it all done before, I don't need the stress, do it early and on Christmas eve you should watch a film, nice glass of wine and some nice nibbles.

I dont wrap on Christmas eve either, i'd be up to all hours and I like to relax on Christmas eve. I picked up a nasty cold last December and didnt enjoy wrapping at all so i'm going to start a little earlier this year and do batches on my days off.

Sammy_Kaye, I'm like you, wrapping presents is one of my favourite Christmas activities. I'll make sure everyone's out, take over the whole front room and put some Christmas music one, surrounded by all the lovely decorations and stuff. I could never do it earlier than December because once I have my wrapping day, I know it's really close :D It just puts me in a great Christmassy mood, and then I can put the wrapped gifts straight under the tree when I'm done
D'you know, in 900 years of space and time, I've never met anyone who wasn't important

We normally do the 'santa run' down to the grandchildren and my son & partner but prior to that everything else is in shoeboxes, wrapped and posted off. So, no last minute panic for me (which is what used to happen)
Been very organised this morning I think...........went mad making tea bag holders of one sort or another to put bits and bobs in that I've either made or picked up from charity shops............so everyone will be having a box of tea bag holders this year................lol:rotfl:
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
