For my 2 and 3 year old DS' I did a small tin bucket each (instead of a hamper, they were 99p and have cute pics on) filled with a new pair of PJs, toothbrush that lights up, slippers and a glowstick. Also giving them a fishing game (99p) and probably some treats. these will all be left by our xmas Elf!

Were these the little buckets from HALFCOST?
If so how big would you say they were? I looked at them but didn't want them if they were tiny.

sunrise........... what about a nice writing set (but not as in an old lady type set). pens, pencils, nice (teenagey) notepads. depends on how much you want to spend you could put this book - "the complete guide to scriptwriting" in .

I've only done a quick search so you may find it cheaper elsewhere.

That book is great! Just the thing, I'm going to buy it! :T Thank you.

Yeah that's the ones, the pictures on a few were a bit girly (fairies) but arty ones and I'm sure my 2 year old won't mind.
they were big enough to stuff all that in and definitely worth it for the money, though I ordered them with aload of other stuff otherwise postage wise I guess it'd get expensive.

    Ben 10 dartboard - £3.99 B&M
Lego police station - £9.48 Wilkinsons
    Ben 10 2 in 1 Jigsaws - £2.98 Wilkinsons

so not too bad and actually feel like I've started his now. Already have

Got the last of my mums presents today - Bon Marche had a Bonusday for their loyalty card holders where if you spent over £25 you would get 25% off. I got my mum a gorgeous soft black jumper with sequins round the neck (in fact it was so lovely I bought the matching shrug for myself therefore solving an outfit quandary I had!!) which was already reduced and I got another 25% off - bargainous :D I also bought her some Lindt Lindor choccies that she loves but never mind the price - OH paid for them :rotfl:

I cant believe how organised and disciplined I've been this year - I got EVERYTHING on credit last year (about 4k's worth  ) this year all I have bought on credit is about £50 worth of stuff from Studio catalogue and a few bits on my Capital One Visa which is all paid off by DD each month ;) the rest has been paid for by debit card - (I dont do cash :rotfl:)
