I had always thought it went along the lines of how many nights they spent with you but clearly not...
The Compliance Officer said that Housing benefit use the 3 night rule but there is no such rule for the DWP.
They base their decision on whether your couple not on the fact that you are living together but the way you are perceived in public, ie if they asked my neighbours if I was single & they no I have a boyfriend then we are a couple for benefits purposes.
It's rediculous isn't it. :mad:I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.
