X Factor going to Vegas?

Hi Everyone,
This is in tonights Evening Standard. Simon Cowell and Sir Phillip Green are in talks to stage an International version of X Factor from Las Vegas. They plan to stage 2 shows a week in Vegas and broadcast them live on the internet on a pay per view basis. They are in negotiations with a major venue suggested to be Caesers Palace.

It doesn't say when this would start and its picked up from the full interview in GQ mag.

I know theres supposed to be a US version of X Factor starting anyway but I presume this is something different again.

I thought the deal with 19 meant Cowell had the UK with XF, and 19 kept AI and the USA.

Not sure. It says he's also the producer of Americas got Talent but his AI contact means he can't be a judge.
I registered for X Factor tickets this year but didn't get them.
