Does this need to be a certified copy or just the one you get given when your married, sure i read somewhere it had to be certified but am not sure!

It's an original or certified copy, but looks like you have to have them sent from Nevada -

We were given a pretty one on the day of the wedding in a presentation case, but we were also given a form to send off with *I think* $10 to get an official copy that was posted to us in the UK. We should have requested 2 copies, as I am loathe to give any official our original in case they loose it. But as we are going back in 30 days I am going to order another copy when we are there. But you can order them online (hope this works).

Saw this info on the new City Centre on the tripadvisor forum:
The official opening dates are as follows:

    Vdara: December 1

    Crystals: December 3

    Mandarin Oriental: December 6

    ARIA: December 16

The CityCenter Tram will run 24 hours a day. The cost is free and there are 3 stops on the rail: Monte Carlo, Crystals (the only stop in CC) and Bellagio Spa Tower.
A free tram sounds good, though looking at a map it seems it doesn't cover much distance.
  • Hi, I went to Vegas last month, LOVED IT!
I want to go out there again to watch a fight. It should be getting announced in the next few weeks.

The problem I have is if I book it, what happens if the fight is called off or postponed to a later date? I'm thinking of booking the flight and hotel with Expedia, is there any chance they would be flexible with something like this? I could probably give them a few weeks notice prior at least, thats generally what happens.

Also, does anybody know where to buy the tickets from? It will probably happen in the MGM Grand.

    Thanks in advance!

Who is going to be fighting? I have been out for a few Hatton fights and tickets have been through Hattons own promotions company.

Woohoo - booked today to go over Xmas again with Mrs Frog. Ordered dollars at 1.68 from Crown.

As she wants a gym, I'll need a hotel deal with a Resort Fee, as the gym is often $30 a day in decent hotels.

Will try out a few different poker rooms....only $100 or so tourneys, not big bucks for me.

    Any news on Kylie?

there used to be a free tram between Monte Carlo & Bellagio before the CC construction started which was quite handy...no, it's not a massive distance, but it was a nice option.

Did you get any sort of a discount by booking after logging in at least? What sort of room did you book? only reason I ask is the lower end rooms don't get great reviews so may not be worth paying extra for...but hoping for a complimentary upgrade is option.

As for Cheesecake Factory being so close - I agree it could be dangerous...but at least it's a bit of a walk to get there - so it all evens out...sort of. :)

if anyone is going for New Year Eve, the firework shows are moving back to hotel rooftops.

Seven hotels will take part in the fireworks show: MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood, Aria, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, Venetian and the Stratosphere

Saw this at Open Vegas - if anyone's doing their post Thanksgiving shopping anyway, might be worth looking into.

    http://www.visitlasvegas.com/vegas/play/shopping/promotion.jsp

Effectively spend $500 shopping at a particular mall (including the outlets, FSM, Forum Shops, Miracle Mile etc.) between 29th November and 13th December and get a voucher for 2 free show tickets to selected shows...downside is they can't be redeemed until 5pm the day of the show.

Not necessarily an offer many will take advantage of, but if anyone's doing a load of shopping anyway...or buying a nice handbag for Christmas. :)
