The tick box you're talking about says "Ship to above billing address".
If you leave the fields above blank, it will not continue to the next page. If i put my own address in, it'd be pointless.
What if i put the hotel address in? Surely there has to be an option to "pick up" as the payment option implies.
I really think you are making this far more complicated than it is.There is an option to pick it up - you choose that when you pick the pick up option on the order screen. The payment page doesn't give an option to pick up, but what you are buying does - so you've already covered that. So just put in your billing address (which you have to do in order for the transaction to go through), tick the box, print out the confirmation which wil,l as I said, state that you chose to pick it up, and pick it up. Simple. Good luck and have a good trip.

I think with a lot of first-timers who are used to European hotel standards, they don't realise what can be had for relatively little money in Vegas so they find the lower-end hotels to be far more acceptable than others who have maybe experienced a bit more of what Vegas has to offer.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
December ( including Xmas and New Year )Agreed.
To put it into context, I stayed recently in a Travelodge in Worthing, with a wonky floor, minging shower curtain, mouldy window, tiny room, single bed, telly that was dark cos the angle wouldnt adjust, no shampoo in bathroom, and one night there cost about the same as two nights in the MGM Grand or one night in the Wynn.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
October , NovemberLots of show discounts through ticketmaster here - some may not be as good as you can get elsewhere, but some might be pretty good.

AugustYes, I was talking about the ordinary rooms. the Go rooms are nice. The poster was I think intimating that their offer was for a luxury room
I'm toying with the idea of Bills rather than a luxury room at the Flamingo (both come out at around $45). I suspect it might be the nicer option.
Anyone stayed in both and can compare ?
Much as I love the Go rooms for a quick short cheap trip I can't justify the cost especially as I have the offer of a free room at the Orleans. I'm thinking Bill's might be a good compromise and nicer than IP.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Forgot to mention......it was a Bin View Room.
Breakfast was quality though......The Basement Cafe served rubberised pre-cooked egg, pre-cooked/microwaved sausages....those Wynn chappies have a lot to learn about fine dining.....illegitimi non carborundum0 -

i agree with Froggitt , you can get some pretty rubbish hotels at expensive prices in this country ( and europe ) , thing is your spoilt in Vegas and can have almost super luxury for the price of a Travel lodge .
Circus Circus may be just the ticket for some folk , and i think it's great they get bargain deals for it .
but we have compare like for like in Vegas only and in that respect , you can do better for not much extra IMO .Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -

I'm thinking Bill's might be a good compromise and nicer than IP.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
January , FebruaryI'm looking to make my fifth trip to Vegas at the end of January :j
I've found my flights - as I'm lazy I ideally want to fly from Newcastle to London and onwards via BA, and the best price seems to be around £1100 return for both OH and I. As this is more than I initially wanted to pay, I need to sacrifice a bit on the hotel.
I've been looking at the Imperial Palace and in particular the $35 food and beverage credit offer, which works out at $314 dollars for 7 nights ....can someone give me advice on the Imperial Palace itself though? Ie, what are the rooms like, is there a good choice of decent places to eat etc? I've never stayed there before - in fact I don't think I've ever even ventured inside! It's a 'deluxe' room.
Any advice appreciated...thanks xx0
