Bexster, yes the new baggage allowance only implements changes for PE passengers afaik. In economy its still 2 x 23kg cases plus your hand luggage.

I know it's a bit early but I just had a look for hotel prices for next May, to give me a very rough idea. Anyway, I stumbled upon what seems a really good deal, especially as it can be cancelled up to 2 days before the first night.

On https://www.booking.com, they've got the Wynn for a whole week for just $767+TAX, which obviously includes a Sat & Sun. Even with the 12% tax it's only $122 average/night. Now I know that better deals may well come along, but it's a great opportunity to get something booked if you've got flights sorted.

Thanks for that. Great price. However I've just checked the site and the price doesn't include the room tax, but then either does the published rates.

    That's why I put '$767+TAX' and $122 per night including tax !!

That's funny. Your average per night for a week without tax is $109, but when I tried my dates in May I got an average of $122 without tax for a week inc Sat & Sun, but only $109 for weekdays.

I'm tempted to book, but we are going for 14 nights and I have no idea yet which nights I might want to stay at the Wynn.

Maybe try doing 3 blocks of 4/5 nights, then you could cancel 1 or 2 and still keep some nights - just a thought.
