    Absolutely agree with the others, VEGAS WILL NOT RUN OUT OF ROOMS!!!

    There are 7000 rooms at the Venetian/Palazzo and another 5000+ at the MGM. That's only 2/3 hotels and there are tons to choose from.

    I think we are. ;)

    Though Vegas not running out of rooms shouldn't be taken as some sort of approval of the idea of arriving without a reservation, of course.
    Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

    The Desert Lake Shooting Club was closing a couple of months back, but looks like it may be saved from extinction and reopen under a new name in September

    Can't see why not - send a PM to Stoneman as he may have a different email address for Tom. Or, use one of the cheap international call numbers to give him a call.

    Also, regarding transport, Tom said in April he was trying to get a licence so he could take people to and from the range - so they didn't have to drive there. So may be worth asking about this too.
