    Blimey this is going on now isn't it?

    I would then contact the FOS on this now and see what your best action is from here, maybe you could ask them if they can help by writing to them on your behalf, just explain where you are at the moment and you've not heard anything, and ask if there is anything the FOS can do to help.

    Sometimes they will write to them on your behalf, give it a go and let us know what they say, good luck.

    Hi Di,
    Long time no speak, how are you and how is the family?..
    Just to update you.. this payment is still pending, Natwest were adamant they were not going to pay me directly so I left it.. I have now paid off my IVA early (Oct 12) and am back to pursue this, I know I have a fight on my hands but I will be fighting this to the end!:)

    Sounds like it was part of an IVA agreement, so it's by no means a foregone conclusion now that the IVA is satisfied.
