    Don't quote me but I think it takes 6 months for mortgage payments to kick in. In the meantime are you covered by your insurance. Also they only pay the interest on mortgages so if it's a repayment mortgage you will have to pay the difference.

    queen P one thing I would say ( from experience) is say he gets a temp job before JSA actually pays out, do make sure you chase that payment for the interim. When the government anually bemoans the "unclaimed" benefits, this is exactly the sort of payments that they are on about. PLug away, and get whats owed to you.

    And all the best in your pregnancy, do make sure you get as much pampering ( baths, candles, hand massages ( teach OH!) that sort of thing) as you can squeeze in to the remiaining months. Lynz
