Regarding the online misdelivery surveys......do you get anything for doing these. I know you get £6 for the hand written ones but I am doing an online one at the mo but have had nothing as yet for doing it!

They will send the £6 vouchers out once you have entered data for the whole two weeks.

Has anyone else got trouble loading the site? Each time I try I am getting error messages . Everything else is loading fine.

Have you everhad a phone call from these? If so what for?

OH got an email saying they tried contacting regards a matter but phone number was wrong and to email correct one.

I have never had this happen. The e-mail should have your ID no. on it. If this is on it, I should imagine it is genuine.
If you are unsure about the e-mail, rather than use reply, why not just e-mail them direct with the information they request explaining that you were concerned about the e-mail received.
Perhaps you have won something!!!

Yeah ive emailed them the details, i just wondred what they would be calling for. Ive been doing it for years and they never had before!!! I did think (please god!!!) a prize but later in the mail it says if i dont rely i may be kicked off the survey so i cant see it!!!

They have contacted me twice by phone, both times a few days into a misdelivery survey to ensure I had received everything I needed.

Strange.... just tried again and it has gone in. Nightmare trying to post this week, posted one in ordinary box instead of PO (my fault) & had to miss yesterdays (weather). Thought todays was going to be a disaster, PO just closed as I got there (PO within a shop with free standing box inside too) but luckily the box just outside on the street is classed as PO too...... phew!! Be glad when the country gets back to normal, but the snow is very pretty lol.
