    They said that they are aware of a problem with the Correctly Delivered Survey and that if we all make a note of the post that came today etc and then login again tomorrow and enter the details then.
    She said they had had 4 people phone about it up to then..... probably more by now!

    I have received the wrong envelope for one of my letters to be sent off - received a small white instead of a medium brown as my posting schedule says. Should I just send it off in the small white anyway?

  • I've been trying to join up to this since june and can't seem to get anywhere... everytime i click on the questionnaire to join it just says there is no jobs before I even get the chance, but others have managed to join since :( maybe i'm just going to the wrong place... can anyone help??

    I think they are looking for people in certain areas so it's not a general sign up. I would just keep trying or alternatively email them and ask if they have a waiting list and ask if you can join it.

    When I signed up I was invited by a friend who was already on the panel and got in that way.

    problem is still there. They want us to email then now :

    Note on website advising to post any letter next week on same day if you are unable to post this week because of the weather conditions (usual instructions but I know this question pops up regularly).
    I have just been accepted for another misdelivery next month so another £6 vouchers. Check your homepage when you log in for the invitation.

    Last week I was asked to return 4 smarts. I only had 3 of them in stock so sent e-mail telling them.
    Have today received a reply saying that in future I should action the request as though I was returning the smart -obviously so it is removed from the system!
