1.It arrived yesterday
2.It arrived today
3.It arrived on a different day
It could be any of these, there's no postage mark on eitherwhich one do i pick?
choose 3.It arrived on a different day
then on the next page you can tick the box for unsure of the date0 -
The postmark on the letter has nothing to do with the day you receive it so don't use that as a guide.
If you don't know when it arrived you pick 'different day' then when it gives you a calendar you pick 'unsure of date'. That's it really!0 -

Has anybody used the correctly delivered tab yet?
Doing a misdelivery survey at the mo and once you get to doorstepped items and enter the numbers I keep getting error codes pages, have tried entering dashes instead of numbers in the relevant boxes and it keeps asking for numbers. Stuck!!!0 -

I don't think it's quite ready for use yet, did they send you the paperwork as well? if so just fill in that this time round, if not I'd give them a ring and see what they say0 -

.... thou have to say before when it was 18 x 1st I preferred that x
I agree.
Even then I resigned as they made you "jump through the hoops" with tediously pedantic instructions, yet could not always get the letters you needed to post, to you, before the time to do so had expired.
On the whole I would say it is not worth all your time on this, especially now they pay mostly 2nd class stamps.0 -

Errrrr, they don't give any 2nd class stamps!
They give 12 1st class and 4 1st Class large letter per month, plus two special presentation packs per year and 12 xmas 1st class stamps.
Also you can usually pick up 3 or 4 misdelivery surveys per year with £6 love2shop vouchers each time.
Personally I think its well worth it, and if you do have any problems the lovely Joanne is at the other end of the phone to help you out!:T"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

This takes just a few minutes of my time each week and in return I never have to buy stamps! I don't write many letters these days so was able to give my mum enough stamps to send all her christmas cards last year :-)Registered Childminder and mum of three.
Aiming to have money in our saving account by the end of the year and be in control of our debts.0
