Need some advice folks...

Received an item but the sender failed to add the R number sticker. Not sure how to process this. Have emailed Kantar but they take ages to reply. Wondered if this has happened to anyone else and how you dealt with it.

Unless its a catalogue ive never processed anything without an R number.

Thanks... They said it can't be processed and to send it back. Naughty naughty poster not adding the R number!! lol

I had one once where the person had put the sticker from the big return envelope on instead of the r number sticker. I just sent it back with the grey pack.

I have had 2 items to post on a Saturday, after 1pm, but before final collection, but the final collection at my postboxes is 12.45 on a Saturday, so not sure what they want me to do.

Hi all

Received my monthly rewards today. Only received 4 large stamps but nothing else. Anyone else having problems or perhaps just an oversight.

Perhaps they realise that with the strikes looming I couldn't use them anyway.

I had this last week for posting at a PO. I use the box at our local sorting office and didn't realise the last collection was 12.30 so didn't post until 12.45. Haven't received a query from Kantar yet.
Do think it is daft that they put this request on the posting instructions, as they do know the last posting times for your local boxes/poffices.

Are these definitely your monthly reward, as these usually come out with the posting pack for the first week of the months post. If you are certain, e-mail/phone them and they will send you the extra stapms.
