Dear
Thank you for showing an interest in taking part in the Parcel Survey.
Before you begin, we would like to confirm some information we have and clarify some points relating to the survey.
Firstly if you could confirm if the information below is correct;
Please confirm all information is correct
Now if you can confirm or provide us with the name and location of the Post Office you would like to use and the last collection time from that Post Office, or if you are a business and have a collection, the time that your mail is typically collected by Royal Mail. (Please note we will only ever ask you to post your parcels from this location. This section may not apply to all panellists, please ignore if this is the case.)
Post Office Location -
For the Parcel Survey we would like to make you aware that we will use your actual initials on the parcels, not test initials. Please confirm your initials are correct.
First, you will receive one of our receiver forms. Receipt of a Receiver Form will indicate that a parcel is due to be posted to you from another panellist. Once you have received the parcel and completed the necessary information on the form, and returned it to us in the envelope provided, we will then send you the posting information and vouchers for that parcel.
Could you please confirm that you are happy and understand the 3 different methods of posting we will use and the incentive that is attached to each method? (Please note that not all these methods will apply to all panellists. For example, a business that has their mail collected will not be asked to post using an Automated Postage Label, which can only be paid for at a Post Office.)
1) Automated Postage Label (APL) (Counter only) - You will have to pay cash at the counter. However, we will reimburse you upfront for the cost of postage in love2shop vouchers (included in your posting pack) in addition to the standard voucher incentive.
2) Stamps - We will provide you with stamps in your posting pack to be used to post the parcel, so no reimbursement will be necessary. You will receive incentive vouchers only.
3) Franked – Parcel should be franked and posted with your standard business mail. Reimbursement will be paid quarterly according to your agreed reimbursement method as per the letter survey, either Stamps or Cheque (made payable to your business). In addition you will receive the incentive vouchers.

(Research International reserves the right to change the Incentive Amount during the period of participation on the survey, giving due notice to panellists if such a change is to occur.)
Please confirm you are happy and understand the posting and incentive methods
Could you please confirm that you have permission to take part in the survey?
If you are not at your address at the time Royal Mail attempts delivery of the parcel, the postman should leave an Attempted Delivery Card. It is very important that you record the date of attempted delivery on the Receiver Form, and then collect the parcel from the destination indicated on the back of the card (as would be the case with a normal parcel). Only then, when you have the parcel in your possession, should you complete and return the Receiver Form to us. Again, upon receipt of the completed form, we will send you instructions to post the parcel to another panellist.
Thank you for your time and for completing the above information. If you have any further questions, please contact us via the helpline email address listed in the Parcel Survey Guidelines, which you will receive in the next couple of weeks.
Many thanks
Regards
Joanne
