My understanding is, if they want you to use the counter service and pay in cash for postage they will send you vouchers that include the price of postage and your reward or they will send you stamps to cover the postage, in which case you get a smaller reward. iyswim?

i just got a correctly delivered survey too , its easy , btw i think i've figured out the cash parcel payments are voucher and incentive is voucher so a ten quid parcel costing almost ten quid would pay two ten quid vouchers , very good indeed , or have i got it wrong?

Theres 2 types of parcel.... APL and Stamps.

APL: You pay at the PO counter. In the pack they will give us love2shop vouchers as well as the usual voucher incentive.

So, if we have to post a small parcel...it will cost us £4.41 to send it. In the pack will be love2shop vouchers for £10.

Stamps: They provide the stamps in the pack...so we dont have to spend anything. Again, for the small parcel...if they send us the stamps....we will get a £5 voucher.

Hope that helps you figure it out
