    After the experience my OH had with their joke department known as Customer Service, I don't think the Royal Mail give a toss about what people think.

    It doesn't surprise me in the least that you are all getting dropped from their surveys.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
    I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

    I keep trying to apply when this post appears on these boards but either the surveys arnt being done or my area is full.

    I was accepted once about 2 years ago but never heared anything after the email confirmations and waited for a phonecall but heared nothing.

    I would really like to partake in this survey as the postal service in my street is rubbish and I often have to vent my frustration / anger to nobody as the post office is too far away to complain and the que too long anyway! :mad:

    Its about time someone told the Queen about her serice after all if I was a Royal I wouldnt like to think I was giving my approval by name to a bad name for poor public service ;):D :rotfl:
    Failure is only someone elses judgement.
    Without change there would be no butterflies.
    If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!

    Been doing the surveys for 2 and a half years and I haven't won anything yet. Get loads of misdelivery surveys which give vouchers but would love to win the £750 month prize :j
    Wish they would go back to the yellow labels instead of waiting till a non r number items gets put onto my list as it is a nuisance having letters lying waiting to go into the grey envelope.I have had some lying for 2 or 3 weeks.:confused:

    I know they say to wait for 2 or 3 weeks to see if non R number items appear on the list but I just put them in the big envelope after a week. I figure It's better they have them back than me forget about them!

    What i tend to do is have 2 big grey return envelopes next to the desk and one has a big black cross on it (so don't get them mixed up) and ones that don't have the "R" on just goes in the bag with the big black cross on, then on a Saturday before i seal big grey envelope that does go back i check to see if any from black cross bag can be moved over, hope it makes sense, i think your supposed to send them back after 3 weeks (i just put stick note on letter explaining no "R" number) anyway

    I see the £50 and £200 winners have been announced - needless to say I am not on the list!!!

    I notice I have several items listed for magazines which I have not received. Wonder if they think I haven't entered receiving them so don't go into the draw? Maybe I'm clutching at straws!! :o

    So what happens if the item then becomes available for you to record online (ie when you try to record a "no R-number" item, what you received is shown)? Are you keeping a separate note so that you know the date of receipt and so on?

    Sending the item back immediately without any record of details of what you received doesn't help them, other than that the item was received at some point before you posted the big grey envelope (and given the instruction about holding onto such items for a while before returning them suggests it arrived about 3 weeks before).

    My postie sussed out what I was doing due to the type of post I get but he doesn't come any earlier!! I think it's all down to where they start their round and also when the sorting office receives their 'deliveries'. anyway i enjoy doing it - rather sad person!!!!!!:rotfl:
