I went to my daily tasks today and found red squares which led me through to returning smarts to kantar - all of the ones I have in stock - am I going to get the brush off? Just when I was getting used to the regular stamps! (did get a bit of a funny look from my postie when 'christian woman' mag came a week or two ago though!!)
I have had this happen to me before and touch wood I am still doing postings. I have had smarts sent to me from Kantar and then when I logged on they wanted them back! I have just had an email asking me to return smarts but they are not showing up on my smarts in stock. As for magazines I have had Scottish Farmer, TLS, This Week, either Ok or Hello and a few others that I can't remember. I have just started getting Mental Health Practice and some funny looks from my postie!:rotfl:0 -
Cheers for thet - this week I got 'classic motorcycles' or something like that - felt like salt rubbed in the wound as my motorbike was nicked saturday night, then police phoned on monday - it had been recovered, so pay them (oh no, sorry, not them...the local council) £150, and by the way it has been torched and is basically a lump of twisted metal with just enough of the numberplate attatched that they could trace it as mine and charge me to recover it! And all a loss as 3rd party only insurance. why why why would people do this????
Sorry, still irritated!! (obviously...)0 -

I have just got my post and there was the usual RM item. When I felt the envelope it felt as tho there was a smart inside and when I opened it there was a letter from a charity with 12p attached on it. Most bizarre one I have had yet.
I get these ones probably once a week, i dont take the money, just return it all as i got it0 -

I've had three queries to resolve in the last two days about received letters. I know I have entered them correctly in the system on the day I got them, but there's actually no way of double checking because I've already sent them back to Kantar and there isn't any way to look up what you have entered on their site. I could just choose the reject option I suppose but that's letting Royal Mail off the hook, isn't it? It hadn't occurred to me before but I suppose now as well as entering everything online I'll have to keep a written note of the received letter number and the date etc it was received (and I suppose the same with the sent ones - though they aren't so bad because at least you can still view the posting plan and I do have reminders in my diary when to post & they are ticked off on the day). If Kantar need the extra confirmation every time a letter is late, that's the only way I can think of to be sure I'm giving them the correct info.
Does anyone else actually keep written records of everything they receive as well as what they send?0 -

I don't, I am just very careful when inputting to the site when I receive things so I confirm all my queries. There's been a lot lately, probably due to the postal strike. Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0 -
