I enquired about "junk" mail that is arriving now that isn't on my received items list as we used to send them back after 4 weeks but wasn't sure what to do now.
    This is the reply

"Please keep the items for 2 weeks. If they do not appear online or do not contain an R number and smart, they can then be recycled.

Received my welcome letter today. :j

I need to post my first few items after lunch, but before the last collection and only within my postcode area. This is trickier than I anticipated!

I'm going to go postbox hunting tomorrow so I can find out when the absolute last collection in my area is - but given that I don't live and work in the same place, I'm a bit worried I'm out before I'm even in!

a few on here say they have the same problem

....i think as long as you actually post them in your postcode area on the day on your schedule you should be ok

.. our last collection is 4pm on box and 11-15am on a saturday but yours might be different

I recently got accepted onto this panel, and yesterday received a big envelope containing information, 2 stamped envelopes to send off to someone with addresses to write on.... Can someone please explain a little what I need to do please as want to make sure I get it right? There was also a pack of 12 1st class stamps, and 4 1st class large letter stamps... no mention of what I have to use them for though, are they just a reward?

I got the same :) The stamps are for you (hoorah). You should also have letter with instructions on, a sheet of labels, the two stamped envelopes containing inserts.

Firstly, in the envelope there should be a form which is titled Posting Schedule. That will have all the information you need. It will tell you which dates they would like you to post the item on and at what time (e.h. After 1pm but before final collection).

Usually you have to Hand write one and use a label for another (this will also be on the schedule form)

You should follow the instructions about logging into your account online to let them know you've received the items and prepped them by logging in, clicking on "View Posting Plan and Enter Sent items" (this bit of the website will also have your posting schedule on) Then click on the item and note that you've prepared it.

To actually prepare the item, you need to take the label with the number beginning with R ('R-Number') on and stick it on the box on the insert within one of the envelopes. Make sure that you either write the address on the envelope or use an address label as it instructs.

I hope this makes sense :D ask again if not or PM me if you like :)
