We never did need to put the barcodes on the Smart returns, just stick them in an envelope and send.

Or have I been doing it wrong all these years:?

No, when I started i phoned them to ask, and thew said they didn't want the labels on.
  • I always use to put the sticker barcode on the back, was never sure if you were suppose to or not. Dont now since they stopped sending a barcode sticker.
  • Hi All,
Bit of 2 silly questions but I;ll ask anyway :

The short term magazines we get, has anyone found that the subscription has lasted for months & months & doesn;t show up in items you should be receiving ?????????

The charity letters (with the coins attached) I'm getting through the door every other week, they are almost like begging letters ??????

Has this been happening to anyone else, I've been stockpiling this up, but never appears as items I should have received.

  • I get the charity letters and yes you are supposed to return to the charity with a donation of more than the 12p but sorry charity begins at home and it goes into my purse!

As for magazines lately I've had it the other way around, they've appeared on my list but never been sent to me. :(

The 6 monthly rotation of panelists is now on their news page and does apply to all private panelists :(

Probably good news for anyone wanting to get on to the panel though

I actually think the 6 month rotation is a good idea. It lets others have a go and also protects us existing panelists too from RM getting suspicious. Seems fair to me. Besides all good things do come to an end and this is only a partial end so don't think it's too bad really.

Good to see on the site that they are still doing the monthly prize draw (on the News section).

Anyone here ever won the big one ? :D
