I haven't had the cut email either and the mis delivery survey is so easy to do then really the £1 reduction in payment hasn't made much of a difference.

I'm going to sound really stupid here, but where do I sign up to join the panel, all I can find is to log in and not to join. Anyone want to share a link.

I also haven't had the email. However, I wonder if they have just emailed the 50% who will be 'resting' ? Maybe the rest of us will get the same email in 6 months time.

I wonder if they have stopped the monthly prize now,because the the one on the survey site is September's winner. Just a thought.

DOn't give up applying. I left in Jan to go away and returned in June and re applied 3/4 times and they said no until I asked in Late October and they said yes.

Does anyone know what we are supposed to do with the Smart returns now there are no barcodes on the sticky lables and they are not already on the envelope?

I have thought to write my number on the outside

We never did need to put the barcodes on the Smart returns, just stick them in an envelope and send.

Or have I been doing it wrong all these years:?

Exactly, they'll know who the SMARTs have come from because they're each individually coded & have been registered against our accounts.
