    I had 4 last week, 1 the week before, 3 this week and 2 next week. Misdelivery next week as well.

    I'm on misdelievery too, mine varies, the other week, I had 4, then 1 each week for the last couple weeks.

    Does anyone know where on the website you can say you have lost a smart that needs to be returned?

    Most have mine have been asked for back, but one is not there, I'm sure I sent it back last week or the week before and have not lost it, as my system I have here for filing it away does not really allow for that? I remember before it asked you questions about why you weren't sending it back!! maybe that's what got changed in the upgrade?!

    I recently returned a Smart that had been allocated to an item when I was on holiday so couldn't be used by me later.
    It took a number of weeks before it was removed from the system so I should just wait & see what happens. If it comes up on the resolve queries (not sure if that can happen) I would just send them an e-mail explaining the situation.

    Interesting to see the variation in post received/sent by everyone. I am having such an easy time at the moment with 1 item to post & only receiving 1or 2 a week but I suppose it could be that I had a 6 week break and haven't been put fully back in the system yet. As I said before, hope it isn't the prelude to the dreaded e-mail.
  • I get two or three a week usually, and up to half a dozen deliveries. On a misdelivery survey next month - looks like the Christmas cards will be posted frst cass again this year :j

    Is it just me, or does anyone else get this - occasionally I have one or two SMARTS spare ( not loads) , Kantar ask for them back, then they send another one out, or ( like now) I end up not having any for the next lot of letters I have to post ( I'm hanging on to prepare tomorrow's letter in case a SMART arrives very early - but I'd rather just prepare the lot in one go). I appreciate they have to make sure they have enough SMARTS circulating and so would have to ask for surplus ones back but it seems a bit of a waste of time & postage.
