I didn't take Chocmonster's message to mean that. I thought she meant that she put it into a plain envelope which she then sent back to Kantar (which is what I have done).0 -
I've had conflicting views on whether the big envelopes are opened on return or just shoved in storage. When I have returned the excess envelopes I've done it in a plain envelope but I suppose you could use one of the big plastic ones if you took the barcode label off. That way they'd have nothing to scan on receipt to tie it to a panel member and would have to open it!0

If we are sent a packet of paper do we send it all back or just the envelope and R number? It's very weighty!0
