That's true, this is one of five forums I regularly visit. I know what you mean by some forums being catty. I will mention no names.

Perhaps if you have a look in the FAQ on the site it will tell you there..otherwise you could contact the panel direct....

Potentially this thread is read by lots of people who would love to know what a smart is so they can detect them in the post....so in order that confidentiality is not broken its best a reply isn't posted here!

It's a tracking device that emits a signal which gets picked up at various points in Royal Mail's processing system so that they can tell how long each stage takes (That's my understanding anyway):)

Yippeeee I won a daily draw £10 voucher at some point this week!
I missed the postie on Thursday and had a 'signed for' to collect, which I did today - and there was a letter and voucher in it :j
I didn't have an email, so it was a lovely surprise :T
