Accidentally pulled the closing tab too far along and now it's come off and the whole thing is sealed tight. :eek:

Had to cut the corner off to get it to unseal, can still press it back together to stop them falling out though.

Mine is broken too, but it still holds the Smarts.

It still holds the smarts safely (and I also keep all their stuff together in a big envelope anyway) so I'm not fussed but thanks for the suggestion!

I've been doing RM Surveys for about...3/4 years.
In the beginning, they used to send easter presents out for example, creme eggs etc
Now, they send a diary and special stamps out (I'm not complaining).
All in all, I would recommend.:)
FYI...I originally got my invite from ZFreebies.

Hello todolistsocd!

I've known them to send little choccie presents out at Easter, Halloween & Christmas but not everyone gets them, does seem very random!

Head in a fuzz this morning and was updating when I'd sent stuff but entered a couple of wrong dates so I've had to email them. Doh!

Yes, very random.
It's the same with the big brown envelopes, they change the feel of them every so often if you know what I mean?
Oh and them silly new smart envelopes that are ridiculous compared to the original ones that were plastic or something.
Post where I am is so irrelegular, so evertime I post something or receive something, I get a query.

Just 'phone them (Kantar) and they wil send one out to you.
