    Hi all,
I have noticed that I hardly ever get sent smarts, although - they say in the posting schedule to send smart, I just send the letter minus the smart - does anyone else have the same problem? I have never had a query email regarding it? Thanks

As long as when you enter any details you state you haven't included a smart that is fine. Check whether the website is different to your paper schedule, as sometimes they alter smart requirements after posting the paper schedule.

I am surprised though that you have never been sent a smart direct from them if they want you to include one and you are not scheduled to receive a letter containing one to re-use.

It is not unusual for me to receive a request to send back smarts and then a few days later receive one back from them to use because I have no more in stock!!

I have loads of the 'SMART return' envelopes as I get sent one every week but only occasionally have to return any SMARTs.

Anyone else have this problem? Did you return them to Kantar?

I don't think it is a good idea to be broadcasting to the world (aka Royal Mail) the exact dates when these special surveys are due to take place.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

We are currently recruiting for the Correctly Delivered survey via our online system. If you are interested in earning High Street gift vouchers and are available to take part in this short, easy-to-complete survey between 09/05/2011 and 22/05/2011 ...

Yes, I had this too, and so have signed up for this one. Another £6 voucher is always nice! :)

    NOTE TO THE ABOVE POSTER...

Sorry to point it out but does it really seem a good idea to say on an open forum where royal mail staff can access just as easily as everyone else that you have signed up for a mis delivery survey...especially considering that your location is also detailed...surely its nice to chat with others here ...but please remember that the postal panel should remain annonomus...

  • Misdelivery surveys are constantly going on, just a different area each time, so unless we post the exact area I'm not sure it would matter.

queen..i agree with your comment ..although I do believe its not difficult to deduce that the poster is from a particular area of Bedfordshire!
