If you want to send SMART return envelopes back then use another SMART return envelope.

I still have a few of the old orange smarts - should I send them back or just keep them?
You should have got an email back in December:Dear Stumpy,Return the old SMARTs and turn them into new SMARTs<...>
Recently you will have received a letter in your pack regarding how we have been replacing old-style SMARTs with new-style SMARTs.
and therefore we’re recalling the remaining ones now.<...>
What, exactly, do I have to do?
Please click on ‘MANAGE MY SMARTS’ on the menu at the top of your DAILY TASKS page, and then click on ‘List SMARTs currently in stock’. (It is good practice to do this every time you log onto the website, as the list is updated regularly.) Please return any SMARTs that are listed with the status ‘Return to RI’ in one of the Freepost SMART Return Envelopes included in your weekly Posting Pack. Please then indicate that you have returned the SMART by using the ‘Return SMART’ to RI function – this will remove them from your stock list.
- If you are certain that you haven’t got a SMART that we’re asking you to return, please remove it from your list by indicating that you have returned it.
- If you have any other old style SMARTs, which aren’t listed anywhere, please return them too.
- If you have any SMARTs that are ‘Allocated’ or ‘Associated’ to Poster Item Numbers that you don’t recognise, these can also be returned. You won’t be able to remove these SMARTs from your own stock list but we will remove them once we check them back into our stock.
Please do not reply to this email. If you have any queries, please contact our Helpline.Kind regards,

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Yes I did get that email but it didn't ask me to return the old smarts they are still on my list.
I think I had an email that said if you have any old style smarts to return them in the smart envelope and they would be removed from my list, but it was a long while ago, lol!:)"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
