Mack wrote:Good question, its in the count system bit, you should be able to access that however you would probably have to create the report yourself (unless your store has bothered to make on already), and i'm not sure you could do that on a standard login, i've had management level for ages now so forget what you can/cant do on a level 5/7
i shall have a look when im in next
im getting to grips with auras full potential slowly but surely - basic stock management like excess, all the difference nuances of the system etc. im enjoying it though - i feel like i can help and serve people better if i understand how the system works, if that makes sense :cool:Mack wrote:I did overstickers the other week when there was absoloutly nothing else to do and there was an entrie catalogue page that needed doing on some garden furniture, every goddamn piece of text, you have to wonder what some people are paid for.... Overstickering is the most mindnumming job ever, however if its one of those slow days theres nothing better to pass the time

Anyway i'm taking this Off Topic now, but i think we ansered Johnteas question tho in far far to many words
i think the reason why i enjoy overstickering so much is because its the only time they pay you to be alone with your thoughts!
and i wouldnt worry about going off topic too much - better we go off topic in here than in the more serious threads (like we've been at risk of doing lately)know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
overstickers make me go insane....they never end....everrr...0

I cannot understand how people can enjoy overstickers! Its so so so so boring and repetitive and it seems whenever I do them, I become a target for customer abuse. Nice customers with genuine queries I will help all day but I always seem to get ranted at when people check the stock checker and things arent in stock or generally quick pay seems to break and I have no idea what to do when that happens!0

normally when people rant and rave something isnt in on stockchecker, its cos they are putting in the insurance number haha0

Haha the legend that is quickpay
everytime it breaks it seems to come back to me these days
, not helped by the fact that customers are idiots with it and treat it like a cast machine  0 -

I find this amusing when this happens, why put down the smaller number on the page, when the correct cat number is glaring at you in a bigger font? :doh:0 -

Its surprising the amount of cards i find in the card slot inside the machine. People must use the slot, it swallows their card then they go home lol0 -
We are still getting people ramming cards into the machine when it quite clearly states that they should put it into the PED. Or put their card into the machine at the wrong time and seem really suprised that the machine doesnt want to play. Or even putting cards into machines with big signs on them saying 'OUT OF ORDER'! Argh!!!0

Because the insurance number is at the bottom of the description. If you know what you want, you don't read the blurb, just go for the cat number, and usually miss it because it's not at the bottom where it used to be.0
