            Afternoon lovely people.
Group was good this morning and the coffee and chat after was lovely. I realised as I walked home that I had a smile on my face for no other reason than I felt happy:o
Maz - hope you get the living situation sorted. I remember the time with ex OH until we sold was hoorendous - all formal politeness and him tryng to make it up to me:cool: Have you told Erin what is happening yet?

Please can someone help me with this application letter...........I am not in a good place in my head today, it has to be in by 1st July.
I feel like I cannot say anything positive about myself this is the bit I am stuck on. The person spec under skills, this is what they expect: this is the bit I am stuck on. The person spec under skills, this is what they expect:
 Skills
(Excellent communication skills, Exceptional people skills, Supportive and Encouraging)
I have written, re-written and now erased it, how the hell do you put these things in a paragraph.........
sorry I am being pathetic, I shall just go and get on with it:rolleyes:
I have been teaching for the last x years and my verbal and non-verbal communication skills are excellent. I have an empathetic nature and a good listening ear. My course feedback is excellent and this is evidenced through my results/1:1 tutorials/learner feedback/personal learning records (delete as appropriate ) I am aware of the need to be fully inclusive within my teaching practice, provide differentiation within the class and as such always consider any support needs of the learners, the importance of equality and diversity and the role of ongoing constructive and positive feedback. ) I am aware of the need to be fully inclusive within my teaching practice, provide differentiation within the class and as such always consider any support needs of the learners, the importance of equality and diversity and the role of ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
I feel that it is important for all learners to achieve their full potential to then go on to further their job prospects or enhance their day to day living skills. I think that my style of teaching reflects this desire and can be seen in the confidence gained by the learners as they progress through the course to a successful outcome.
Any good as a starter?? "Stay Wonky":D "Stay Wonky":D
