If one more person pops in just to complain about the heat I shall scream. I have put up with 23 years of moans about heat/cold/traffic/parking/council etc etc.
Please, please ,please can I answer back just for once?

    Yes!

Might as well go out in style :D

Aberdeen is notoriously expensive... and this is rural aberdeenshire, so cheaper than you'd pay for same in the city itself... and 25miles out of town.

this one has gone from £700 to £650 since this morning.... maybe that's fate..... it has 3 bedrooms, so a lodger is an option?! altho probably against the terms of the lease. Doesn't say no pets... which is good!

    it's 150yards from current house.

this one says no pets... only 2 bedrooms so still very much adequate!

Could be fate indeed! It's horrible having to spend so much of your income on rent isn't it.. just over half of mine goes on rent and bills

Bookie, that did make me laugh, I've never seen such a cross-looking row of smileys! :rotfl:

Hot today isn't it? By the way, can't believe you've let them put that scaffolding here, it's a right eyesore, I can't get my buggy through and it's terrible finding a parking space.......

Maz how much would you pay if you got social housing? Is it going to be much less than those private ones? I actually prefer the second one and would be fine for you and Erin for time being. If you do rent privately you can get housing benefit too remember so would effectively make your rent the same I would guess?
