Exactly, that's why I haven't pushed for any kind of reassurance, or dropped any hints other than to say I had a really lovely evening, and he said he had too, so I should just believe him but it's worrying me how quiet he has gone.

I'm not going to get upset over it though, because I'm really not the bunny-boiler type. I'll just have to wait and see what happens, but !!!!!!, whyyyyyy does all this have to be so hard?!!! You stress about being single, and you wonder whether you will ever meet anyone you really like, and then you do, and it should be lovely, but instead it's just more stress!!

I'm sticking to being single from now on I think. :rolleyes:
