As squizz says maybe bullet points first then pad it out? So people skills, one bullet point could be diplomatic, then expand that... and so on...?

Aberdeen is notoriously expensive... and this is rural aberdeenshire, so cheaper than you'd pay for same in the city itself... and 25miles out of town.

this one has gone from £700 to £650 since this morning.... maybe that's fate..... it has 3 bedrooms, so a lodger is an option?! altho probably against the terms of the lease. Doesn't say no pets... which is good!

it's 150yards from current house.
