Forgot to say also that there is usually enough veg and sauce left for me to have with pasta the next day - bonus!
I thought there was a lot in that recipe! I probably wouldn't double all of it for 4-5 people. Do you add any herbs or spices?

Ha ha! I know it does sound like a lot but we don't eat anything else with it as we don't often eat potatoes, so it is quite a balanced meal. I don't usually add any other spices but it is a very forgiving recipe so you could add whatever you like I should think. You could substitute any other meat for the sausages.2019, move forward with positivity! I am the opposite of Eyeore :rotfl:0
