Unfortunately this scam has the appearance of an onion, you just keep finding layer upon layer of companies with your details and carte blanche to just keep taking money from your account. I am currently trying to track down SUP*Smilebrite as they are the latest company to ease me of cash (2 days ago), the phone number I was given is not in use, however I thought I had found them in one of the many 'use two products simultaniously' adverts, but it linked me to a weight loss tea website allegedly based in Hove called cho-yung. I discovered I had been added to their customer list also, and have found two more companies - Everbright smiles and cleanwhite, whom I now need to contact to see if I am customers of their also, this is on top of the five companies whom I have already got cancellation codes from. Luckily my CCC are being reasonable over this, they have had a huge amount of their customers taken n by this and appear to be taking it seriously and are claiming money back. I was told by the person I spoke to at MBNA, that every single payment, whatever name they give themselves goes to the same bank, with the same BIN number every single time. This is turning into a nightmare, and I have no idea if and when it will come to an end.0

Someone has compiled a huge list of websites and company names linked to this scam here: http://www.killphishing.com/MegaScam.htm"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

Thanks competitionscafe, I'm slowly working my way through it!! And, HUGE is the key word there.....0

2 points i have running through my head.
1. When i rang my CCC they said that it was a known current fraud issue. Therefore in my mind they are complicit by allowing the known fraud to take place.
2. if the box that is sent internationally is valued at $5, and you are charged £89.77 then the company is breaking US customs law. May be worth looking into this.
My CCC have asked for a letter and then they will instigate chargeback for the £238!!! i was charged for a £3.99 sample.0 -
I have called nat west to cancel my card, thinking that at least i have limited my liability. I have contacted dazzle and their other subscription company and have cancellation emails from them.
Shockingly i have called natwest who told me even if i get a new card they will still debit monies at will.
I have four debits in November from four different companies. NW said that having my cc details is all anyone needs to debit my account whenever they want.0 -

The latest trick from the dazzlewhite scammers - posting fake comments on complaints boards about how "easy it was to get a refund" in just 30 seconds (yeah, right!) Check out the comments from this person who has posted exactly the same cut and paste comment in several different scam complaints:
http://www.complaintsboard.com/panel.php?action=profile&id=340716
"I had no problem to cancel! Just called the number on my my bank statement…. Is this one: 0044 2031399067.
I had to wait for 30 seconds before someone answered the phone, but since it’s for free anyway."
They are using several other fake names/accounts too:
eg: http://www.complaintsboard.com/panel.php?action=profile&id=338920"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

ok, the same scam as the Acai products, the pink diet band-aid and the chinese herbal tea.
But one question remains, is the product actually any good ? Does it whiten your teeth or not ? I always wanted to know, but I can't afford to sign up to such a scam0
