So do the likes of the CIF, Domestic and King of Shaves coupons count as printed ones or photocopies

    Anyone know?
    #

they are internet printed mocs but depending on how dim the SA's and supervisors are your guess is as good as mine!

but since most tesco staff are not au fait with their own policy and make the rules up as they go along it best to carry a copy of the policy that is on the 1st page!:D

    Evening everyone,

Went to Mr T's today and noticed that the extra 50 points when you buy the Olive Butter had been removed. Did anyone else notice this? Also the Tesco's milk SEL was hand written on "Buy 2 and get 40 points"

Do you think Mr T's has realised that they made a big boo boo with the extra points promotion?

Also the new coupon (the summer drink one lol) never scanned - it beeped - and the lovely SA manually inputed it twice and it still beeped

Hope you are all well :D

I went shopping today and they have removed the offer on the olive spread. The milk ticket states buy a pure 2L milk and get 40 points. I only bought one milk, i didn't get my points so i went to CS and the SA knew all about it and credited me my points. She did say the offer finishes tomorrow for the milk

    Hi Moyilla

Thats terrible that you got this letter from tesco when you have done nothing wrong.
Like others I would definetley ring up and make an appointment to see the chekout manager and get these issues sorted out.

    Good Luck

Moyilla if I was in your shoes I would:

Ask for an appt with the store manager.

Highlight your knowledge of the MOC policy & that you would never abuse it as there would be nothing to gain long term from doing so.

Explain what a PDF is & that Finish did confirm the use of said MOC. If possible find the quote on the thread that the poster recieved back confirming this.

All MOC are put into the till together so ( hypothetically ) a 50p MOC is just that. There is no way of knowing which 50p MOC was the one you handed over therefore if a dud one was passed over no one can be certain which customer handed it across as payment.

Make it clear that you will continue to use MOC as you have nothing to hide but that being as this issue has risen you do not expect to feel incrimination whenever you shop in the store & hope that whoever is causing the store issues is brought to the stores attention but that it most definitely isn't you.

Please do let us know how you get on. Doing nothing is I think submissive so you must stand up for yourself.

The coupon in question is printable and usable for all accepting retailers and is also available on the hard copy of this application form available form Lakeland stores throughout the UK.
As stated in the terms and conditions this coupon can not be used with any other offer and only one can be redeemed per unit.
