Having been out all day just thought I would let you all know what a good shop I had tonight, albeit small. On the way into Tesco I found an unclaimed till receipt for 255 points so had them added to my husband's card. Picked up a few bits and went to till and whilst waiting heard the SA ask if the customer in front of me had a clubcard (to which he said no) so I cheekily said "I have, can I have the points added to my card?" Yes said both SA and customer (that was another 27 points). Then paid 24p for a £12 shop!

So having only spent 24p I gained 296 points. Now I call that a result!!:T:T:T

Then when I arrived home I opened the post to find 3 more lots of mocs for £2.65. Happy days.

    Hi guys,

Thank you ALL for your replies. I have been thinking about it all evening and starting to put 2 and 2 together - possibly a SA taking umbridge to me?

Over my last few visits I have had a few SA's who have gone out of their way to embarrass me to be honest. Making comments about holding other customers up, looking at me as if I am oh I don't know what but you know funny horrible looks

I did have 1 SA say they were photocopies which I said they were not on the spot. Supervisor came over and said they were not as the ink was too sharp. SA was having none of it so the Supervisor said I'll check with Checkout Manager (who was a man and I got his name at the time) who said yes to all Internet Coupons. I thought that was the end of it to be honest - just another hurdle.

I didn't even use any other coupons those days. I bought 4 x Rinse Aid and used 5 x £2 PDF Finish. Then the next day 4 x Quantums and 5 x £2 PDF Finish.

I am really miffed to be honest the letter has made me feel like a thief - does that make sense???

It says this on the policy they have sent :

    INTERNET COUPONS

The coupon can be in black & white or colour (mine were colour).
Supplier Internet Coupons are accepted on the same basis as other Supplier Coupons.

So that covers the Finish PDF then surely?

Will go and scan and try to upload the policy - bear with me though!!!!

I think you have made a mistake in using the 5 x £2 finish PDF's to purchase Rinse Aid....I know it was tempting as the Rinse Aid has £3 moc on it....but...the £2 PDF was for either Quantum tablets or DISHWASHER CLEANER...not Rinse Aid... if you do go to see the manager please be carfeul what you say you have done re mocs previously....just thought I'd point that out , to save you any embarassment.

Get well soon Blue - my DD has 4 more days to go, not doing too bad, thanks everyone - I think when you start to feel better it will just be the boredom that gets you.............followed by nervous ticks, strange behaviour and other symptoms of MOC withdrawal :rotfl:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

I agree. I know you mentioned that this is not the transaction the store is referring to but if they went any deeper into your purchases/payment s they may come across it.
I would still have the meeting but just be careful by saying that you may have made slight errors, we all do, but the meeting has more to do with your wanting to still shop & use MOC without feeling intimidated by staff members.

You appreciate their bringing something to your attention but from here on in a clean slate & you hope to be made welcome just like all other customers regardless of your payment methods.

Take care hun, all will be OK just don't go off on one, cool, calm , collective, you'll be fine.
