Blimey that was hard work..add another couple of mins onto my 10k time I am now on 1.11 and my runchum beat me today for the first time....

Scorgy has gone home saying never again. The sun was unremitting - its got to be about 30 degrees here today with no shade. They ran out of water for us at the back on the way home. If it hadn't been for the kind neighbours with buckets of water and sponges I would have exploded with the heat.

Chloe did her first 2k!! she loved it and I am so proud of her

Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

I do from time to time. We will be using it all the time from next week when hubby is on the US tour. All tour busses in the states have wifi so it'll be free for us to chat.

I was thinking about getting a skype phone so I don't need to be sitting at the PC when he's around to chat. But, I'm a bit confused with them. Some calls you have to pay for via skype and I don't know if the phones are to receive free calls from another computer or what.

Chloe did 2k? I didn't know kids so young could do things like that! Well done her, and you of course!

I'm thinking of putting it on the new lappy (:D) so we can talk to Mum & Dad and they can see Nathan more than once in a blue moon. Is it easy to set up?

I think its free to Skype to Skype whether on the phone or on the computer
