    I think she just meant this particular race Spud....it was quite tough and I have a headache again (dehydrated) no wine this time though.

    Just caught up-Luc, I use Skype all the time to talk to DH when he's in far flung place (ie most of the time!) and it's great. idiot proof to download/use too.....
    My friend did the 10k race for life today-she had BC last year...
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

    schoolrun, do you have a skype handset?

    If I get one of those, can I plug it in upstairs and if hubby is online in the usa, will the handset ring like a normal phone? I could take a laptop upstairs I suppose but Amber would get at it. We've trained her not to use anything in the office but she would play with one upstairs.

    No,DH talked about getting one,but we just use the latop and talk into it...

    Hello!
    DD Great to see you back posting again!!!!

    I went for a run this morning but it was a struggle, I think my blood pressure is still low too which doesn't help.

    Took the kids strawberry picking this afternoon and we now have 2 monster huge baskets to munch through!

    Going to London tomorrow for a HSJ (Health Service Journal) dentistry conference on Tuesday but it starts at 8.30am so I'm going down tomorrow, have a bit of retail therapy, staying overnight and then coming back Tues evening.
